Use the API as documented
Use the API with a valid account and API key, within your plan's documented limits. You may build applications and services with the returned information as permitted by your plan and applicable source-data terms.
Do not misuse the service
Do not share API keys outside the account they were issued for; bypass quotas, rate limits, access controls, or plan restrictions; probe or disrupt the service; introduce malware; or use automated activity that creates unreasonable load.
Do not present historical climate information as a real-time forecast, emergency alert, certified safety assessment, or guaranteed decision-making input. Do not unlawfully resell, republish as a competing data service, or remove applicable attribution or source notices.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when necessary to protect customers, data sources, systems, or legal obligations. Use the contact form if you believe an action was taken in error.
